Check in from 2pm on day of arrival, check out by 10am on day of departure.
Linen is provided for all the rooms including towels for the shower at a charge of $250. Beach towels are not provided.
Children of all ages are welcome. A cot is available on request.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is only permitted in out side areas.
Please note that we are situated in a living zone so need to be respectful to our neighbours regarding noise control.
Proof of photo ID will be required upon check in. A $1000 bond will be required at time of booking and held, this is to cover against damages and excessive cleaning. This will be refunded once the guests have left and the property inspected.
Whilst a $250 cleaning charge applies, we do expect that the house is kept clean and tidy and that at the end of your stay all washing is put away and the dishwasher is emptied. All rubbish needs to be sorted and put in the bins provided.
Minimum of a 2 night stay applies.
